Founded on 20th February 2013, Samarthana began its operations with a dedicated team of four professionals, driven by a clear mission: to deliver reliable, end to end HR Compliance and Statutory Management services to organizations nationwide. Since inception, through tireless effort and commitment, Samarthana has grown steadily, today serving 300+ clients, managing 70+ temporary staff deployed at client locations, and supported by a corporate team of 10+ professionals based at our Adyar office. Over the past decade, we have navigated numerous challenges and achieved a significant milestone: consistently ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. With a strong foundation in regulatory frameworks and compliance governance, Samarthana continues to support organizations in meeting their statutory obligations efficiently, accurately, and on time, allowing clients to focus on their core business with confidence.
